Retsina is a traditional wine of Greece. It is white wine infused with a mellow pine resin to create a unique menthol like quality white wine. Characteristics: Light as air, this is all about the refreshing menthol qualities of pine. Chill it well and drink with salty foods.

Israel, Upper Galilee. At Tulip Winery the winemaker chose to take high quality Syrah grapes from the northernmost vineyards in Kfar Yuval near Metula, characterized with Terra Rosa type of soil. This is an impressive wine with a deep and dense purple-burgundy color, typical of this variety, with prominent aromas of black fruits, vanilla and caramel flavors, ripe and soft astringent, and a long, pleasant finish. This wine is powerful and therefore can well accompany rich cheese dishes and grilled meats.

Barkan's Galil vineyards in northern Israel produce rich, ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes during the growing season. The wine displays a deep ruby red color, a bouquet redolent of spicy berry aromas intermingled with oak, and a full round body that pairs well with grilled meats and sauces.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a pale light color with typical aromas of passion fruit and green apples tinged with pleasant herbal notes. Its crisp finish and fine balance make it the ideal accompaniment to fish such as flounder and bass.

Aromas of strawberry with subtle notes of black cherry. Soft but evident tannins permeate this medium-body wine. This wine will pair well with grilled fish or poultry dishes.
